PreMBA Courses

Your best bet in terms of information for your PreMBA coursework is your to-do list…but just as a reminder, a number of the PreMBA Program requirements are due prior to arriving on campus, so make sure you are up to date on what you need to get done leading up to your arrival.

The PreMBA program is a mandatory prerequisite and must be completed prior to Orientation.  If you have not yet logged on to Angel (angel.gsb.columbia.edu), please do so as soon as possible.  And If you have any questions or concerns, please contact PreMBA@gsb.columbia.edu or 212-854-0180.

Some additional resources from the Class of 2013 (note, these may be slightly out of date in the event the preMBA program has been updated this year):

Hi all, I’m was traveling last summer and wanted to print out all the pre-MBA materials for reading in buses, planes, etc. Unfortunately the print function they give you leaves out all the key info like graphs and charts. I decided it was worth the time to copy and paste all that info into a word document… not realizing how ridiculously long that would actually take. I got through finance and about half of accounting. It’s not perfect but I think that most of the key info from the lessons are there. Anyhow, here are the links to those files in case anyone else can also make use of them on their travels.

See you in August!
Another member of the 2013 class created flashcards for the Vocab test:
Hi All,
Chances are the vocab test is a cinch for most, but if you’re like me and coming in from a radically different field, and these terms are familiar but by no means mastered, I have made online flashcards anyone’s welcome to use. Hope they’re helpful to someone out there! Cheers all
